Referral Program
Earn a tiered percentage of trading fees by referring individual traders to Ritdex.
The Referral Program is Ritdex's self-serve program — refer friends with your own link, and earn a percentage of the fees they generate. No application, no minimum network size.
How it works
- Connect your wallet and open the Refer Friends page to get your personal invite code and link (
ritdex.com/r/<CODE>). - Share your link. When someone signs up through it and binds (a one-time wallet signature), they become your invitee, permanently attached to your referral.
- Every time your invitee trades perps or swaps, you earn a percentage of the fee Ritdex collects from that specific trade.
- Commissions accrue in real time and can be claimed on-chain whenever you want.
Your commission is a percentage of Ritdex's fee — never a percentage of your invitee's profit, and never an extra cost added to their trade.
Commission tiers
Your tier is determined automatically by your invitees' cumulative perps trading volume — no need to apply or request a tier change.

Commission applies to both the perps builder fee (0.025%) and the swap fee (1.5%) generated by your direct invitees.
Worked examples
- An invitee trades $1,000,000 in perps volume → Ritdex collects $250 in builder fee → at Tier 1 (10%) you earn $25; at Tier 4 (25%) you'd earn $62.50.
- An invitee swaps $100,000 → Ritdex collects $1,500 in swap fee → at Tier 1 (10%) you earn $150.
Payouts
- Asset: USDC on Arbitrum One.
- Mechanism: realtime, on-demand claim through the
RitdexRewardVaultsmart contract — sign a claim transaction anytime and USDC lands in your wallet in about 2 seconds. - Minimum claim: $10. No fixed payout cycle — commissions accrue continuously per fill.
Growing beyond individual referrals
There's no cap on how many people you can refer. If your network grows large enough that you're effectively managing sub-affiliates rather than referring individuals directly, you can apply for IB Agency status, which unlocks 30–40% direct commission plus a two-tier override on your sub-affiliates' networks.
FAQ
Does my invitee pay extra because I referred them? No. Your commission is carved out of the fee Ritdex already collects — it is never an additional charge.
Do I need to KYC to join the Referral Program? No. Everything is wallet-based; there is no identity verification anywhere in the program.
