Program Overview

How Ritdex's two-layer partner program works — individual Referrers and IB Agency network partners.

Ritdex runs two distinct partner programs, both paid from fees Ritdex actually collects — never an extra charge on the referred trader, and never a share of the trader's own PnL.

Layer 1 — Referral Program

Any individual can become a Referrer by referring users with their own link. Commission is a tiered percentage (10–25%) of both the perps builder fee and the swap fee generated by everyone they refer directly. See Referral Program for the full tier table.

Layer 2 — IB Agency

IB Agency is for partners who recruit and manage a network of sub-affiliates, not just direct referrals. Users in an IB's network pay a higher builder fee (0.045% instead of 0.025%) — the extra 0.02% funds a much larger commission (30–40% direct + 5–12% two-tier override), while Ritdex still retains more margin than the standard 0.025% baseline. IB Agency commissions are calculated only on the perps builder fee, not swap fees — those stay with the individual Referral layer. Both programs only count real, verified fills read directly from Hyperliquid's userFillsByTime — never self-reported volume. Self-referral, wash trading (opening and closing offsetting positions to inflate volume), and linked-wallet circular referrals are detected and excluded from commission calculations, with manual reconciliation before any large or unusual payout.
