Using the Partner Dashboard
A step-by-step walkthrough of ritdex.com/partners — the self-service dashboard where referrers and IBs manage their network, reports, marketing, rebates and rewards.
Every Ritdex partner manages their whole program from one place: the Partner Dashboard at ritdex.com/partners. This guide walks through each section so you can find everything without guessing.
Connect the same wallet you refer clients with, then open ritdex.com/partners (or ritdex.com/affiliate — both open the dashboard). Nothing needs installing; the dashboard reads live data from Hyperliquid and the on-chain reward vault.
The dashboard at a glance
A left-hand menu switches between six sections — Overview, Network, Reports, Rebate, Marketing and Support. The top of every view shows your Ritdex Partners header and your current tier.
The Overview tab is your home base. It has three parts:
- Balance — your claimable USDC (rewards accrued and ready to withdraw), plus lifetime Total earned, Claimed and Pending. The Claim now button opens the on-chain claim (see Claiming rewards).
- Tier & commission — your current tier with its three rates: Direct commission, Override (2nd-tier), and the network builder fee your clients pay.
- Progress to next tier — live progress bars showing how much network volume and how many active members you still need to reach the next tier.
Below those, the Overview also shows your partner link, a Knowledge base shortcut, the rewards program ladder, and a quick report of recent activity.
Rewards refresh automatically every few minutes — the “Rewards update in m:ss” timer on the tier card counts down to the next refresh. Freshly-traded volume from your clients lands in your claimable balance at the next tick.
Network — clients & sub-affiliates
The Network tab is where you grow and manage your team.
Direct clients
Everyone who signed up with your referral link appears under Direct clients, with their 30-day volume. These are the traders you earn direct commission on.
Inviting a sub-affiliate
A sub-affiliate is a partner who builds their own downline under you — you earn a 2-tier override on everything their network generates.
- In Network, find the Invite a sub-affiliate card and copy the link (or show the QR code).
- Send it to the person you want to recruit.
- They open the link, connect their wallet, and press Accept on the invitation banner.
- They instantly become your sub-affiliate and get their own referral code to recruit clients.
A sub-affiliate must accept the invite themselves — you can’t add someone silently. This two-sided confirmation is a deliberate anti-abuse rule. A wallet that is already an IB, or already a sub of another partner, cannot become your sub.
Removing a sub-affiliate
Each sub-affiliate row has a Remove button. Removing a sub keeps them a referrer but takes them out of your network — you simply stop earning override on them from that point on. It is not retroactive and does not affect commissions already earned.
Reports
The Reports tab has four filterable reports, each with CSV / XLSX export:

Use Export CSV on any table to pull the data into a spreadsheet for your own accounting.
Marketing
The Marketing tab is your creative toolkit:
- Link Builder — pick a destination (Home, Perps, Copy Trade, Market) and the tool generates a referral link with your code attached (
ritdex.com/perps?r=YOURCODE). Every link comes with a QR code and a one-tap Copy. - Message templates — ready-to-post copy with your link already embedded, for Telegram, X, or anywhere you promote.
Links built here carry your referral automatically — anyone who trades after opening one is attributed to you. Switch the destination and the link, QR and templates all update together.
Rebate — client cashback
The Rebate tab lets you share part of your own commission back with your direct clients as USDC cashback — a powerful way to attract and keep active traders.
- Toggle Enable rebate on.
- Pick the % of your commission to give back (0 / 10 / 25 / 50 / 75 / 100%).
- Press Save.
From then on, whenever you earn direct commission on a client’s trade, that percentage is automatically paid to the client as USDC, claimable in their own wallet. The rebate report below shows every cashback you’ve funded.
A rebate is funded entirely from your own commission — it never touches Ritdex’s margin, and it is not retroactive (it only applies to volume traded after you enable it). You can change or switch it off at any time.
Partner rewards program
Ritdex runs a milestone rewards program: as your cumulative network volume grows, you unlock one-time USDC rewards — funded from the fees your network already generated, so it costs you nothing.
To claim a milestone reward you must meet all three conditions:
- Cumulative network volume ≥ the milestone.
- Recent activity — volume in the last 12 months is more than 20% of your total (your network is still active, not coasting on old volume).
- ≥ 5 active clients in the last 3 months.
When a milestone is both reached and qualified, a Claim button appears on that row. Claiming credits the USDC reward to your balance, ready to withdraw like any other commission.
Milestone rewards are pure USDC — no physical prizes, no hoops. Everything is on-chain and verifiable.
Claiming rewards
All commissions — direct, override, rebates and milestone rewards — accrue into one claimable balance and are withdrawn the same way:
- Open Overview and check Claimable. You can claim once it’s above the minimum ($10 for referrers, $10 for IBs).
- Press Claim now.
- Sign the claim authorization (EIP-712) — no gas-heavy contract call, just a signature.
- USDC lands in your wallet on Arbitrum One in about 2 seconds.
Payouts are non-custodial and on-demand — Ritdex never holds your rewards or auto-sends them. You claim 24/7 whenever you want, straight from the vault to your wallet.
Support
The Support tab links to everything you might need: the Help center, direct Contact channels (Telegram, X, support), and Legal — the partner terms and commission policy.
