About Ritdex
Ritdex is a decentralized perpetuals exchange built on Hyperliquid — trade crypto, stocks, commodities, metals and FX with leverage, copy top traders, run bots, and swap across chains. Wallet-native, non-custodial, no KYC.
Ritdex — Make Your Move. Ritdex is a decentralized perpetuals (perps) exchange built on top of Hyperliquid, wrapped in a fast, polished app with automation and a partner program. Every trade settles on Hyperliquid's on-chain order book — Ritdex never takes custody of your funds.
Ritdex runs no matching engine and holds no user balances. All order matching, margin, and settlement happen on Hyperliquid; Ritdex is a builder on top of that infrastructure (see Fees).
Built on Hyperliquid
Ritdex doesn't reinvent the exchange — it stands on Hyperliquid, one of the deepest fully on-chain perps venues:
- Deep, shared liquidity. You trade against Hyperliquid's real order book, not a thin in-house pool — tight spreads and size even on volatile markets.
- Fully on-chain settlement. Every fill, margin change, and liquidation is recorded on-chain and independently verifiable — no black-box internal ledger.
- Battle-tested risk engine. Margin, funding, oracle pricing, and liquidations are handled by Hyperliquid's protocol, not by Ritdex.

Non-custodial & no KYC
Ritdex is designed so you never hand over control:
- Wallet-native identity. No accounts, emails, or passwords — every action is a wallet signature (EIP-191 / EIP-712).
- No KYC. Ritdex collects no identity documents; your wallet address is your only identifier.
- Non-custodial. Your funds stay in your Hyperliquid margin account or your own wallet. Ritdex cannot move them — the trading agent can place orders but never withdraw.

Rewards funded by real fees
Every reward Ritdex pays — Referral commission, IB direct + override, client rebates, and Loyalty milestones — comes entirely from the fees Ritdex actually collects, never from your balance, never from your PnL, and never from Ritdex fronting money it hasn't earned. Commissions accrue from real, on-chain-verified fills and are claimed directly on-chain, always user-triggered. See Fees and the Program Overview.

Ritdex runs in the browser and as a mobile app, backed by the same self-custodial wallet — your positions, balances, and rewards follow your wallet address across devices. Connect the same wallet and everything is there.
