Wallet Features
What you can do with the built-in Ritdex wallet — balances, send, receive, swap, and activity history.
Ritdex includes a built-in multi-chain wallet, so you can manage assets and trade without switching between apps. This page walks through what the wallet can do; see Wallet & Security for how signing and custody work.
Overview
The wallet home screen shows:
- Total balance, aggregated across every token and chain the wallet holds
- The active network selector (e.g. Arbitrum, Ethereum, other supported EVM chains)
- Quick actions: Send, Receive, Swap
- A token list with live balances and USD value per asset
- Recent activity, showing your latest sends, receives, and swaps with counterparties and amounts
Tabs let you switch between Spot holdings, NFTs, and full transaction History.
Send
- Choose token and network
- Paste or scan the recipient address
- Enter amount, review network fee
- Sign to broadcast on-chain
- Choose the token/network you're receiving
- Share your address or QR code
- Funds appear once the sender's tx confirms
To send a token:
- Tap Send, choose the token and network.
- Paste the recipient's address or scan a QR code.
- Enter the amount — the wallet shows the estimated network fee before you confirm.
- Sign the transaction. Once broadcast, it's visible immediately in Recent activity with a pending state until it confirms on-chain.
Always double-check the network before sending. Sending a token on the wrong chain to a correct-looking address can result in permanently lost funds — Ritdex cannot reverse an on-chain transaction once it's confirmed.
Receive
Tap Receive, pick the token/network you want to receive on, and share the displayed address or QR code with the sender. Funds appear in your token list as soon as the incoming transaction confirms — there's no manual "claim" step for a normal transfer.
Swap
The wallet's built-in Swap lets you convert between tokens — including across chains — without leaving Ritdex:
- Choose the token/chain you're swapping from and to.
- Enter an amount; the wallet quotes the best available route and estimated output.
- Review the route, estimated network fee, and the 1.5% swap fee (see Fees).
- Confirm and sign — funds move directly between wallets on-chain.
Multi-chain asset view
Because the wallet aggregates balances across chains into one total, you don't need to manually switch networks just to check what you own — the token list and total balance update automatically as you add or receive assets on any supported chain. Switching the active network (top of the wallet screen) changes which chain new sends/swaps default to, not what you can see.
Activity history
Every send, receive, and swap is logged in Recent activity / the History tab, showing the date, direction, counterparty address (for sends/receives), and amount. Since Ritdex is non-custodial, this history is a read-only view of what's already recorded on-chain — nothing here can be edited or deleted.
